DeMarco Retirement Partners ("we," "us," "our") operates demarcoretirementpartners.com. This policy explains what information we collect, where we get it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We are a licensed insurance agency. Ken DeMarco is a licensed insurance agent, Florida License #W803884, licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, request a call, book an appointment, or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or state, age or date of birth, and general information about your retirement situation or insurance needs.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications. We keep records of emails, text messages, form submissions, and appointment history. Phone calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance purposes where permitted by law; where recording requires your consent, you will be notified at the start of the call.
Application information. If you decide to apply for a policy, the application process collects substantially more — including financial information and, for life insurance and some other products, health information. That information is governed by Section 6 below and by the privacy notice of the insurance carrier you apply to.
We purchase contact information from third-party lead providers. If we contacted you and you don't remember giving us your information, this is usually why. Lead providers typically obtain information from consumers who requested information about retirement, insurance, or related topics on a website the provider or its partners operate.
We also may receive information from insurance carriers and marketing organizations we work with, and from publicly available sources.
If you want to know where we got your information, ask. Email us and we will tell you the source we received it from, and we will remove you from our lists on request. See Section 8.
To contact you about retirement income, annuity, and life insurance products
To respond to your questions and schedule appointments
To prepare quotes, illustrations, and product recommendations
To submit applications to insurance carriers at your direction
To service policies and respond to policyholder requests
To improve the website and understand which marketing works
To comply with insurance laws, carrier requirements, and record keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise sell your information to third parties for their own marketing.
When you submit a form on this site or give us your number, you consent to be contacted at that number by phone, text message, and email — including by automated means — about insurance products and services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls, tell us on any call or email us at the address in Section 12. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists. If you ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, we will keep you on it.
Insurance carriers, when you apply for or hold a policy
The marketing organizations we contract through, for licensing, compliance, and carrier appointment purposes
Service providers who run our systems, including our CRM and website platform, email and text messaging services, scheduling tools, and analytics providers. These vendors are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal and regulatory recipients, when required by law, subpoena, insurance regulators, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
As a licensed insurance agency we are subject to federal and state financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the insurance privacy regulations of the states in which we are licensed.
Nonpublic personal financial information and any health information collected during the application or underwriting process is used only to evaluate, place, and service insurance coverage, and is disclosed only to the carrier, its underwriters and reinsurers, and others as permitted or required by law. We do not use health information for marketing.
If you become a customer, you will receive a separate privacy notice describing these practices in more detail, as required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We use analytics services that collect information about how visitors use the site.
You can disable cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
We may use advertising and conversion-tracking tools that let us measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the site. We do not provide these platforms with your health information or application data.
Do Not Track. Browsers may send Do Not Track signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, and we do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out request.

Additional rights in some states. Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states — you may have specific statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request. We honor these rights for residents of every state, regardless of whether the state has passed a privacy law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Verification. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will only ask for information reasonably necessary to do so.
We keep information as long as needed to provide services and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements, which for policy-related records is generally several years after a policy ends and can be longer under carrier or state requirements. Marketing contact information is kept until you ask us to delete it, except for the minimum record needed to honor a do-not-contact request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or health details through the contact form or by unencrypted email.
Children. This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links. The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
